This is a picture of my primary fur baby. He is named Thor after the Norse God of Thunder.  Thor is the first dog that I ever owned of my own.  He's over 13 years old now and currently                                            resides in the USA!

This white beauty  is Bennet.  She is a great pyrenees and I based her name on a  heroine found my favorite book- Pride and Prejudice.  Bennet is my gentle giant who loves the snow and is also a resident of the USA!

Who Am I

I have two passions in my life. 

The first is my teaching..  Almost immediately upon working with students, I realized the fulfillment teaching brought.  My joy is boundless when I help a student with something as simple as realizing that they are in fact a good reader and discovering the perfect book just for them.

My second passion is seeing the world.  I’ve been lucky enough to have had opportunities to travel internationally with not only family and friends but for school.  These adventures have made me realize that I want to change from simply visiting as a tourist to becoming completely immersion into a culture.

I see teaching at an international as the perfect union of my two passions. It seems to me the next logical step in my career and I can't wait for the adventure to begin!
